All Orders Are Quoted and Billed in U.S. Dollars. DERazorBlades ships to locations in the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Military APO/FPO Mail Boxes. We also ship to Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Shipping & Handling

All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. All orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday excluding major holidays).

For Orders Totaling $74.99 (excluding taxes)or less will be charged a $5.00 flat rate shipping charge. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority 2-3 Day Shipping.

DERAZORBLADES offers FREE PRIORITY MAIL 2-3 DAY SHIPPING on all merchandise orders over $75 shipped within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico(excluding taxes).

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Oversize boxes may require additional charges and you will be contacted before your order ships to approve the additional fee's.

United States Military APO/FPO Mailboxes - DERAZORBLADES ships to APO/FPO mailboxes in the United States via USPS Priority Mail only. Packages will arrive at the base in 2-3 days. DERAZORBLADES is not responsible for additional transit time once the packages reach the military APO/FPO destination.

International Shipping Rates

All International Orders (Australia/Canada/United Kingdom) will be shipped via USPS First Class Priority Mail at the following rates:

Australia - USPS First Class Mail (7-10 Days) $13

Canada - USPS First Class Mail (7-10 Days) $9

United Kingdom - USPS First Class Mail (7-10 Days) $13

USPS is the preferred carrier for all orders shipped by DERAZORBLADES. You will be notified via email when your package ships. This notice will contain a tracking number which you may use to check the status of your order at your leisure.

If you order an item that is currently out of stock, the balance of the order will be shipped immediately. The back ordered item will be shipped out as soon as it is available and no additional shipping charges will be charged to your account.

Sales Tax 8.625% sales tax is added to all orders in the State of New York.

Orders will not be processed without completed credit card information, including a valid security code located on the back of the card.

Returns/Refunds

Safety Razors and Razor Blades can not be accepted due to health regulations. No Exceptions. Return Refunds and Credits Refunds and exchanges can not be offered for any opened and used products due to health regulations. We will issue you a full refund to your credit card/paypal for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 15 days of receipt of the order if the product is still in its original sealed package and it has not been opened or used. Receipt date will be calculated based upon USPS Tracking confirmation provided with each order. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs. Credit will not be issued for returns that are not authorized by DERazorBlades and accompanied by a return authorization and original packing slip. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven to ten business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

Holidays

We are closed on all major US holidays including the following days:

New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luthar King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. All orders placed during the holidays will be shipped on the next business day after the holiday is over. Business days are Monday through Friday.
